Dua Lipa: On stage with Gwen Stefani – “Don't Speak” comes back to life

Notification

Dua Lipa returns to the Forum in Los Angeles with a bang, inviting Gwen Stefani on stage to perform the timeless “Don't Speak.” The energy peaks, the surprises follow one another, and the audience sees pop history being written live.

Dua Lipa continues to prove why she is one of the hottest pop stars of the moment. The Los Angeles crowd experienced an unforgettable four-day set at the Forum, with her explosive performance culminating when Gwen Stefani joined her on stage to sing No Doubt’s classic “Don’t Speak.” Lipa enthusiastically introduced Stefani as “one of my personal heroes,” and the crowd responded with a standing ovation.

The moment was emotional, with Gwen Stefani taking the stage in her signature rock air and combining her voice with Dua Lipa's warm, clean tone. The two shared verses, looking at each other with respect and obvious chemistry. The Forum shook, while audience footage showed Stefani's two sons, Kingston and Zuma, smiling as their mother shined again on a song that has marked an entire generation.

Dua Lipa, in turn, seemed to enjoy every second. Her eyes sparkled as she sang alongside a woman who inspired her since her childhood. Gwen Stefani, always authentic, full of energy and confidence, reminded everyone why she remains a fashion and musical icon after decades. It was the perfect meeting of two generations of pop dynamism on the same stage, with the audience watching in fascination.

Dua Lipa capped off four magical nights at the Kia Forum on her Radical Optimism Tour, which was a hit at every stop. The Los Angeles crowd will never forget the energy – the electricity, the sparkle, the feeling that every night was unique. And indeed it was, as Dua Lipa made sure that every performance had its own surprise.

Last night, Dua Lipa brought another living legend to the stage – Lionel Richie. The two sang the timeless “All Night Long (All Night)” together, and the stage turned into a huge party full of smiles and rhythm. Lionel Richie, always charismatic, danced alongside Dua Lipa, and their chemistry had the crowd singing and dancing. It was a moment of pure joy, with the artist showing how much she enjoys collaborating with people she respects and admires.

The Radical Optimism Tour has already left its mark on this year. From New York to California, each stop is a new experience, with Dua Lipa constantly raising the bar on the pop scene. In Los Angeles, however, the energy was different. It was more personal, more festive, as if she wanted to share a piece of herself with her fans.

During the first two nights of her stay at the Forum, Dua Lipa performed two California-themed covers – Fleetwood Mac’s “The Chain” and The Mamas & The Papas’ “California Dreamin’”. In doing so, she paid tribute to the region’s musical heritage, connecting the past with the present of pop culture. The choice of these songs showed that Dua Lipa is not just a pop star, but an artist with a deep love for musical history and respect for her roots.

The audience also included big names in music – from Adele and Olivia Rodrigo to St. Vincent and Lucy Dacus. Everyone came to see the woman who has managed to bridge the old with the new in the modern pop scene. Their presence added even more glamour to the evening, while the cameras captured genuine moments of admiration and excitement.

Her tour Dua Lipa continues now in San Francisco, before concluding its American leg in Seattle and then traveling to South America. Each city seems to be waiting for its own magical moment, as Dua Lipa never ceases to amaze. Her fans know that nothing is predictable – each appearance has its own identity, its own story and its own sparkle.

With each new show, Dua Lipa proves that her success is no coincidence. Her energy, authenticity and respect for music and the people around her make her stand out. She is not just a performer; she is a woman who inspires, who works tirelessly and who continues to evolve, always maintaining the passion that made her beloved from the very beginning.

Dua Lipa is not limited to roles or labels. She redefines the meaning of pop through every appearance, every collaboration, every unexpected moment on stage. And as long as she continues like this, it is certain that her name will remain at the top for a long time to come – because every step she takes is another chapter in modern music history.
