His loss touched not only his fans but also many of his colleagues – with Celine Dion to send one of the most special and emotional farewell messages.

Although she herself moves in a completely different musical style, the CELINE always had a special respect for the OzzyThe two had been collaborators in the recording industry for years and, as she herself said, she was impressed by his freedom of expression and melodic sensitivity. She said she was fascinated by the way he could bring emotion even through dynamic, hard songs like Mom, I'm Coming Home.

Η CELINE characterized him Ozzy as more than just a musician – she called him “authentic”, an artist who was never afraid to be himself. She commented that he had an almost magnetic combination of strength, spontaneity but also kindness. He was a creator who didn’t follow trends – he created them.
