Chappell Roan has reissued her debut album, The Rise And Fall Of A Midwest Princess, at the top of Official Albums Chart, capturing this position for the second time, but not consecutively.
The Missouri pop singer and award winner BBC Sound of 2025, released the album in September 2023. Her work maintains its place in the Official Albums Chart for 40 consecutive weeks, establishing itself as one of the most successful albums of 2024.
The album's new rise came after the release of a limited edition by Blood Records, which propelled it straight to the top of the Official Vinyl Albums Chart.
New Entries on the Chart
The highest new entry this week belongs to Franz Ferdinand. Their sixth studio album, The Human Fear, reached number three, their best charting performance in 16 years. This album is the first with new drummer Audrey Tait, and has also become the most popular album of the week in independent UK stores, reaching number one. Official Record Store Chart.
Additionally, Puerto Rican Bad Bunny made his first entrance to the Official Albums Chart with the album DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS (in 13th place), while the punk duo Lambrini Girls from Brighton made his debut in 16th place with Who Let The Dogs Out.

Changes in the Top 40
Teddy Swims' debut album, I've Tried Everything But Therapy (Part 1), continues its upward trajectory, climbing 17 places and reaching 29th.
