Adele is embarking on one of the most ambitious renovations ever undertaken in Los Angeles, completely transforming the luxurious mansion once owned by Sylvester Stallone. With projects costing over $50 million, the singer is erasing every trace of the old owner and giving the property a new, ultra-modern identity.
Η Adele has set out to create a true architectural marvel in Beverly Park, Los Angeles. The house she bought from Sylvester Stallone in 2022 for $50 million no longer resembles the legendary actor's iconic residence. As the Daily Mail reports, the Grammy-winning singer has undertaken a radical renovation, tearing down almost every element of the original structure.
The luxury property, once one of the most recognizable homes in Beverly Hills, was originally designed in a Mediterranean style, with a tiled roof and earthy tones. However, Adele decided to completely change the aesthetic, opting for a modern, clean design with glass facades and a minimal aesthetic. The new form of the house is more reminiscent of a modern resort than a traditional mansion, with huge openings that allow natural light to bathe every space.

The transformation is so drastic that locals are having a hard time recognizing the property that was once synonymous with Hollywood glamour. According to the report, the only feature that has remained from the house's original form is the impressive swimming pool — famous for the statue of Stallone as Rocky that dominates its edge. Everything else, from the rooms to the exterior structure, has been completely replaced.
The company behind the colossal renovation is Valle Reinis Construction, known for its large-scale projects on luxury California homes. The work began in January 2022 and, according to sources, is continuing at a steady pace, although the size of the project and strict safety standards are delaying completion.

The area where the property is located is considered a “Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone,” meaning that any new construction must meet specific fire safety standards. This includes “cool roof materials” and durable materials that reduce the risk of ignition in high temperatures. This, combined with the devastating fires in January 2025 in the Pacific Palisades area, which damaged thousands of homes, appears to have contributed to further delays in the projects.
Stallone's original villa was a stunning example of Mediterranean architecture, with luxurious marble, arches, arched windows and spectacular staircases. In contrast, Adele has chosen a completely different orientation: clean lines, open spaces, natural materials and modern elements such as smart lighting, energy-efficient glazing and advanced automation systems.
The singer, who has been living between London and Los Angeles for the past few years, wants her new home to reflect a more mature and calmer stage of her life. After the success of her album 30 and a long-term residency in Las Vegas, Adele has focused more on her family and personal life.

According to reports, when the work is complete, she will move into the house with her son from her marriage to Simon Konecki, as well as her fiancé, NBA agent Rich Paul. The couple is reportedly closely monitoring the work, as they want the residence to combine luxury with comfort and offer a sense of tranquility away from the limelight.
Photos from the construction site show a massive renovation, with most of the original building demolished. The new design includes outdoor entertaining areas, large terraces with city views, gardens, a cinema room and a private recording studio. Adele herself, according to sources close to her team, wants to create a space that combines her personal character with functionality — “a home that is both a refuge and a source of inspiration.”
The investment is estimated to exceed the original purchase price of the home, totaling over $50 million. It is essentially a complete renovation from the ground up, making the project one of the most expensive private residential projects in Los Angeles.
The choice of Beverly Park was no coincidence. The area is home to names like Denzel Washington, Sofia Vergara, Eddie Murphy, and Mark Wahlberg — all in multi-million dollar mansions. Adele, with her own characteristic discretion, wants to maintain her privacy while creating a space that reflects her personality and her new phase of life.
Despite the delay, the singer seems determined to complete it exactly as she envisioned it. Sources say Adele hasn't set a deadline, but she wants to see it done with every detail right, even if it takes years. Her approach, as her collaborators say, is "patient, creative and a perfectionist" — just like her music.
For Adele, this home isn't just a new home; it's a symbol of a new beginning. After a decade of success, intense experiences, and personal change, the singer seems to be investing not just in the walls, but in her peace of mind. And by all accounts, the result will be worthy of its name — imposing, timeless, and utterly personal.
